Welcome to Pinehurst Hills

Pinehurst Hills was originally developed in the year 2000. 

 It is a Planned Community where its property owners automatically become part of the Pinehurst Hills Homeowners Association (PHHOA). 

 We are located on 42.5 acres north of Smith Drive in Hampden Township,  Cumberland County,  Pennsylvania.  

Today we have a total of 37 property owners.
